It’s that time of year again, the birds are chirping, the sun is shining, the flowers are coming out at full bloom and vineyards are gearing up for outdoor food and wine events. Copperas Cove neighbors to the west will be celebrating their sixth annual Bluebonnets, Burgers, and Bordeaux at Pillar Bluff Vineyards in Lampasas. Pillar Bluff Vineyards have been operating for 17 years by wife and husband team Gill and Peggy Bledsoe.
