Keep Copperas Cove Beautiful (KCCB) congratulates the 2015 Halloween decorating contest winners: TOP: First place was is awarded to The Martin Family at 404 Carothers Street Pictured L-R: Silvia Rhoads (KCCB executive director), Hunter Martin, Andrea Martin, Travis Martin. The Martin’s made a lot of the decorations from recycled pallets and wood.
