Incredible kids honored at Expo

Copperas Cove Jr. High eighth grader M’ryle Nycole Spencer, daughter of Cory and Ruth Spencer, was honored Thursday at the Bell County Expo Center along with nine other extraordinary kids at the Central Texas Incredible Kids Celebration. Central Texas Youth Coalition, Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Texas, Centex Chargers HomeSchool Sports Association, Belton Christian Youth Center and Ralph Wilson Youth Clubs hosted the annual awards celebration. Spencer was selected along with other Belton, Killeen and Temple students to receive this prestigious award that included $250 to graduating seniors and $100 to the school of students who are not seniors.
