The Copperas Cove Police Department will have some of its officers tooling around Rabbit Fest in the department’s new golf cart starting Thursday. “It will be used at special events, which Rabbit Fest will be the first event it will be used,” said Sgt. Martin Ruiz. “This will be mainly for mobility, getting to a certain area of the park with quicker response.”
