Jennifer Cotter, administrative assistant at the Copperas Cove H-E-B Plus!, was one of 27 Waco area H-EB partners honored at the company’s annual Women of Distinction event on Tuesday at the Ridgewood Country Club in Waco. “I feel blessed to work for such a great company and to have so much support from my leadership team,” Cotter said.
