Club selects Youth of the Year

Copperas Cove seniors Allen Dees and Kaitlynn Blalock were tapped as the Youth of theYear by the Morning Exchange club Wednesday while club member Mark Peterson was named the club’s All-American Volunteer. Dees is an Eagle Scout with a Bronze Palm, a member of the Order of the Arror, selected to both the Academic All district and All-State teams, National Honor Society, Incredible Kid Award recipient, Mr. Copperas Cove Pageant winner and maintains a grade point average of 3.42.
