Council to hold public hearing, workshop tonight

The Copperas Cove city council is holding a special meeting today at 5 p.m., which will consist of two public hearings, one for the proposed fiscal year 2016-2017 budget for the City of Copperas Cove, and the other for the proposed fiscal year 2016-2017 budget for the Copperas Cove Economic Development Corporation.
Both the city and the EDC presented their budgets to the city council at prior council meetings.
Immediately following the special meeting with public hearings, the council will then hold a workshop.
