State court system flawed

Almost any way you examine our Texas district court system, you can find things to criticize, aspects to praise and flaws that threaten the shaky legal ground upon which we plant our Lone Star boots. Actually, one of the biggest flaws with Texas’ basic judicial selection is that we, the voters, pick ‘em. One of the best things about the process is that we voters pick ‘em. Hmm.
