A 2010 health article in the Wall Street Journal says what most of us have realized for a long time: being grateful and thankful does us good physically and not just mentally. The article says adults who live a lifestyle of gratefulness have more energy, more social connections, ore happiness than those who are not, according to studies performed over 10 years. They’re less likely to be depressed or greedy. They sleep better and have more resistance to viral infections.
